Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wedlune, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Wedlune is a wedding planning app that provides questionnaire-based planning, AI-powered recommendations, timeline management, local task reminders, guest tracking with RSVP, budget management, vendor contact management, seating arrangements, attire and transport tracking, legal-document storage, photo gallery, and partner collaboration. Some features may be limited under the free plan and require a premium subscription. Free-tier users may see Google AdMob banner ads.

3. Planning Tool Only

Wedlune is an organizational aid, not a professional wedding planner, event coordinator, vendor, legal or financial adviser, or emergency service. Wedlune does not enter into, monitor, or perform your agreements with venues, vendors, guests, or other third parties. You remain responsible for your decisions and for reviewing contracts and independently confirming bookings, dates, times, prices, payments, legal requirements, accessibility and dietary needs, and instructions directly with the relevant people. Your agreements with third parties and your mandatory legal rights control if they conflict with information shown in the app.

4. Time-Critical Information and Backups

Do not use Wedlune as the only record or source of information needed on your wedding day or for another fixed deadline. Before the event, independently confirm all critical details and keep accessible backup copies of schedules, contacts, addresses, contracts, payment records, transport plans, and health, allergy, or dietary information. App reminders and notifications may be delayed or missed because of device settings, battery restrictions, connectivity, operating-system behavior, or technical errors. Arrange appropriate human coordination and a backup communication plan for the event.

5. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address and accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You may invite your partner to share a wedding plan. Shared data is visible according to the partner permissions you choose.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create, including photos, guest information, legal documents, and wedding details. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and sync that content solely to provide the service. If you collaborate with a partner, content is shared according to the selected permissions.

7. AI-Generated Content

Recommendations and timelines generated by AI features are suggestions only and may include inaccurate information such as incorrect vendor details, pricing, contact information, legal requirements, or scheduling assumptions. You are responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Wedlune for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload offensive, harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to access another user's data or bypass access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use automated tools to scrape or misuse the service.

9. Subscriptions

Premium features may be offered through in-app purchases and subscriptions processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Subscription cancellation and billing management are handled by the relevant app store. Deleting your Wedlune account does not by itself cancel an active app-store subscription.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Wedlune will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, including on your wedding day. Maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party service failures, network or device problems, and events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt the app or delay synchronization and notifications. Online, synchronized, locally stored, or cached data may sometimes be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or lost. These statements do not reduce any service or conformity rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Termination And Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app or request deletion through our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted or retained only as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedlune is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that may lawfully be excluded. We do not control and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, products, or services of venues, vendors, guests, app stores, network operators, or other third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use Wedlune, including loss or corruption of data, missed deadlines or appointments, planning errors, vendor failures, additional event costs, event disruption or cancellation, or reliance on reminders, notifications, AI output, or third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where applicable.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before they take effect where required. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the app and you may delete your account.
